Tickets are available now for the events in September
A café dedicated to Pugs and French Bulldog is coming to York next month.
Dogs will be able to enjoy ‘puppuccinos’ while making plenty of new friends, according to Pup Up Cafe.
Following the success of the dachshund event held in York last month, organisers have decided to branch out to host events for different breeds.
Their cafes have popped up across the country since 2019, with events gathering up to 150 enthusiasts and dogs at a time.
Big Simmes, a reviewer on TripAdvisor said of the Brighton meet-up: “It was great to meet so many like-minded pug-lovers with their pugs, who all seemed to get on and enjoy it.”
The event will take place on Sunday, September 5 at Revolution York, on Coney Street, and will have props such as ball pits, tunnels and many other toys for the dogs to enjoy.
There will be best dressed competitions and a dedicated treat station, as well as dog-related trade stands full of goodies to buy. Photographers will be on hand to document the day, and capture the cutest moments.
Tickets start from £9 for adults while kids under eight-years-old and dogs go free, though they will need a ticket.
The Pug Pup Up Cafe will take place between 10am and 1pm with the Frenchie Cafe following on from 1.45pm until 5pm.
